OUR MISSION: TO KILT YOU!

 

Ferguson & cie is born from a friendship between two extraordinaries artists.

 

Douglas Ferguson is a multidisciplinary artist mainly known for his fashion designs using enamelled metal mesh and hand-painted leather which received widespread exposure in the 1980s. Since starting out in the 1970s as Diana Vreeland's voluntary assistant at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, he has also worked as an interior designer and film-maker.

In 2012 Ferguson was designing for private clients.

 

Françoise Ha Van is also multidiciplinary after directed first to the fashion editors of the largest women's magazines such as "Elle", "American Vogue ", "Marie Claire” etc. Her career gave her the opportunity to work on many art projects with major fashion houses ( Kenzo, Marithe & Francois Girbaud, Issey Miake) these experiences allow her to enlarge her work field, such as filmmaking (Jean Luc Godard), short films and documentaries.
